Changes to Network Documentation (S365 Unity 7.33)

Please note that as part of the coming 7.34 release of S365 Unity, changes will be made to the Port Opening required to use the Sensio Map Tool. The Port Opening for accessing the Sensio Map Tool through the Welfare Portal will be moved from Port 4000 (Old Port) -> Port 4001 (New Port as of S365 7.34).

Components affected:

The scope of these changes is limited to PASI-LAN and USER-LAN for Sensio 365 customers that have not already opened the specified ranges found in the above-mentioned Network Documentation, specifically the range:

4000 - 4099 TCP/UDP Streaming

Affected functionality: Calibration and troubleshooting of door control and positioning.

If the above ranges, or specified port are not opened, it may delay support requests, setup of new locations or implementation of new functionality where use of the Map Tool is required.
